E tenho sempre todos os ingredientes necess\u00e1rios na despensa para esta receita, que \u00e9 muito simples, totalmente adapt\u00e1vel (pode usar os legumes que quiser), r\u00e1pida e mesmo muito boa. Adicione a cebola picada e o alho e deixe ganhar um pouco de cor. Junte as especiarias e deixe-as soltar os seus aromas deliciosos, mexendo sempre.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Adicione o pimento vermelho e deixe cozinhar um pouco (2 a 5mn), mexendo com frequ\u00eancia. Junte os tomates e deixe cozinhar tapado durante 15mn, ou at\u00e9 os pimentos estarem tenros. Junte as courgettes e o gr\u00e3o-de-bico, envolva, e cozinhe mais 10 a 15 mn, ou at\u00e9 as courgettes come\u00e7arem a ficar tenras.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Por fim, deite o leite de coco at\u00e9 os legumes estarem cobertos, para ficar com muito molho. It doesn\u2019t mean I despise curry, it just means that curry always makes a wonderful meal. This recipe proves it! This is why I always keep all the ingredientes in my pantry for this recipe, which is so simple, totally adjustable (you can use the vegetables that you prefer), quick and oh, so good. It is certainly perfect for a quick and delicious dinner in front of the fireplace, with a blanket over your legs.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div><b><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Recipe for 2<\/span><\/i><\/b><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 tablespoon of curry powder<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 teaspoon of ground paprika<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 teaspoon of ground ginger<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 teaspoon of tumeric<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 pinch of cumin<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 clove of garlic, chopped<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 onion chopped<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 can of tomatoes ou 3\/5 fresh tomatoes<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Vegetables (I used one zucchini, one red pepper and garbanzo beans)<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Half of a can of coconut milk<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Put the garlic and the onion in a pan, with a bit of oil or olive oil, and let it cook until the onion gets transparent. Add the spices and let them release their aroma, stirring.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Add the red pepper and let it cook for 2 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the tomatoes and let them cook with the lid on for 15 minutes, or until the red peppers are tender. Add the zucchini and the garbanzo beans, stirr, and let them cook 10 to 15 minutes, or until the zucchinis start to be tender.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Add the coconut milk so to leave the vegetables fully covered, thus ensuring that you will have lots of sauce, because lots of sauce is good!<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Let it cook uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes.<\/span><\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Serve with white or basmati rice, or eat it straight away from a bowl (guess who loves to eat it from the bowl, with a big spoon?
