This recipe is truly celestial.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">For the cuscuz, quinoa, bulgur, or whatever you prefer to use<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 cup of cuscuz<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Salt<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">A pinch of tumeric<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Boil the cuscuz following the package\u2019s instructions, and add a generous pinch of tumeric in the cooking water.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">For the squash<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">500 grams of pealed squash, cut in little squares <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Salt<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">2 garlic cloves, laminated, or 1 tablespoon of garlic powder<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 full teaspoon of thyme <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 teaspoon of paprika<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 good pinch of black pepper <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">a handful of laminated almonds or hazelnuts <\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Put the squash in a frying pan with olive oil and add all the seasonings as well as the almonds. Stir frequently and let it cook until the squash is tender (5 to 7 minutes).<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">If you want the squash to be crunchy, cover slighty with flour before stir frying.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">For the tofu<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">250 grams of tofu, cut in little squares<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 garlic clove, laminated, or \u00bd tablespoon of garlic powder <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">1 tablespoon of good balsamic vinegar (it also works with a cheap vinegar, but it is truly divine with a good vinegar\u2026)<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'Georgia','serif'; font-size: 12.0pt;\">Stir fry the tofu in the frying pan with the garlic until it is beatifully golden (you can do it in the same pan where you have fried the squash, you do not need to wash it before cooking the tofu there). Season it with salt. Add the balsamic vinegar and incorporate all very well.
